Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, services, and contractual relationships between Kosmo Stretching & Yoga House Ulm (owner: Polina Sergeevna Fomina) and clients. By booking a class, workshop, or membership, clients accept these Terms.

2. Services

Kosmo Stretching & Yoga House Ulm offers the following services:

• Group classes (Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Stretching, Mobility, Aerial Yoga)
• Workshops
• Retreats
• Personal Training
• Corporate Classes

The offering may be expanded or adjusted at any time.

3. Memberships & Cards

3.1 Activation

• Activation takes place within 30 days of purchase.
• If not activated, the membership expires automatically.

3.2 Validity

• All cards and memberships are valid for 30 days from activation.
• Unused sessions expire after the validity period.
• Pausing / freezing is not possible.

3.3 Transferability

All products are non-transferable.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: up to 8 hours before class start
• Late cancellation (< 8 hours): session forfeited
• No-show: session forfeited

No refunds will be issued.

5. Prices & Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• SEPA Direct Debit
• Cash payment

Invoices are not issued unless legally required.

6. Refunds

Refunds are generally excluded.

Exception: Documented illness (medical certificate)

7. Participant Limit

The maximum number of participants varies depending on class format and room capacity. There is no entitlement to a fixed spot without prior registration and confirmation.

8. House Rules

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class starts.
• Phones on silent.
• Clean, appropriate clothing.
• Handle mats and equipment with care.
• Entry after class has started is not permitted.
• Follow the instructions of the instructors.

9. Health & Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.
• Clients are obligated to disclose health restrictions before class begins.
• Kosmo Stretching & Yoga House Ulm is not liable for injuries resulting from self-inflicted misuse.
• No liability is assumed for personal belongings.

10. Photo and Video Recordings

Photo or video recordings may only be made with the express consent of clients. Consent can be revoked at any time.

11. Trial Session

One trial session per person is available.

12. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Cash payout is excluded.

13. Age Requirements

• Participation from 18 years of age
• Participation from 14 years only with written consent of a legal guardian

14. Language

• The legally binding version of these Terms is the German version.
• An English translation may be provided.

15. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

16. Jurisdiction

• German law applies.
• The place of jurisdiction is Ulm.
