    Consent to Recording and Use of Photo and Video Material

    With your consent, you permit Kosmo Stretching & Yoga House to record and use photo and/or video material that may be created during classes, workshops, or events.

    1. Purpose of Recordings

    The recordings may be used for the following purposes:

    • Publication on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
    • Use on the studio website
    • Marketing materials (e.g. flyers, advertisements, newsletters)
    • Documentation of internal studio events

    2. Type of Recordings

    The following content may be captured:

    • Group shots during classes
    • Detail shots of movements and class atmosphere
    • Recordings of individual participants (only with separate consent)

    Important: Without separate individual consent, no close-up shots of individual persons will be published.

    3. Right of Revocation

    • You may revoke your consent at any time and without giving reasons, with effect for the future.
    • Revocation can be made in writing by email to Kosmo.house.ulm@gmail.com.
    • In the event of revocation, content concerning you will be removed, provided this is technically and organizationally feasible.

    4. Voluntariness of Consent

    • Participation in classes is not contingent upon granting this consent.
    • Those who do not wish to be filmed/photographed should inform the instructor or studio team before the class begins.
    • Appropriate consideration will be ensured.

    5. Rights to Recordings

    With your consent, you grant Kosmo Stretching & Yoga House simple usage rights to the recordings created. No compensation will be provided.
