Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kosmo Stretching & Yoga House, owner: Polina Sergeevna Fomina, Kurze Lemppen 7, 89075 Ulm, Germany, email: Kosmo.house.ulm@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided, up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires early once we have provided the service in full, provided we only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 356 (4) German Civil Code).

For leisure services taking place on a specific date (e.g. events and workshops with a fixed date), no right of withdrawal exists pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code.
